Stephen L. Miller
Stephen’s practice primarily focuses on business litigation and general business matters. His litigation practice focuses on assisting clients in commercial disputes as well as other general litigation issues. An integral part of Stephen’s practice involves advising small and medium sized businesses on matters including regulatory issues, contract law, and labor & employment law.
While in law school, Stephen externed for the honorable Michael J. Newman of the Southern District of Ohio Court, as well as clerking for two firms based in Cleveland. Stephen was also a participant in Cleveland Marshall’s Civil Litigation Clinic, where he gained valuable experience representing clients in Labor & Employment matters. While working in the Civil Litigation Clinic, Stephen was awarded the Ohio State Bar Association Student Achievement Award for Meritorious Writing in the Field of Labor & Employment Law, for an Appellate Brief written during his representation of a client in an Employment matter. Stephen additionally served as vice-president of the American Constitutional Society during his second and third years of Law school.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending his time with his friends and family, and dog, Yogi.
