Judge grants Class Certification in case against Stored Value Cards dba NUMI Financial and  Republic Bank & Trust Company where plaintiff Amber Humphrey alleged Defendants wrongfully issued unsolicited and activated debit cards to her and class members. The distribution of unsolicited and activated debit cards was illegal and caused plaintiffs to suffer fees they had never agreed to. The nationwide class is estimated to be over 300,000 individuals.
