Ryan has dedicated his practice to helping clients successfully navigate their legal issues. He has been litigating claims on behalf of his clients for more than 10 years. Most recently, Ryan has focused his practice on representing the needs of the food industry, handling matters arising under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, the Packers and Stockyards Act, the Food Safety Modernization Act, and other statutes and regulations. Besides food industry work, he has significant experience with transportation cases, injury claims, and business/commercial matters. In addition to litigating matters in courts across the country, Ryan has successfully pursued administrative claims before federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Ryan has successfully obtained numerous Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions, effectively "freezing" assets until his clients are paid in full. His efforts have resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements. Ryan's successes have earned him recognition as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers lawyer rating service.

Ryan has had the pleasure of representing a wide variety of clients, from Fortune 500 to companies and individuals. He takes the time to understand his client's issues and objectives, and formulates a strategy to achieve positive results as efficiently as possible. Ryan understands that each client is unique, and that there is no one way to satisfy every client's goals. He believes that communication with clients is critical, and prides himself on timely returning client phone calls and messages. Ryan is the type of attorney that makes himself - and not just his staff - available to answer client questions.
