Frank's areas of concentration are probate and estate planning, land use and real estate law, and civil litigation in these areas.
Frank received his bachelor's degree in English from Oberlin College and his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University. He has been practicing law since 1974 and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Lorain County Bar Association.
Frank is a member of the City of Oberlin Planning Commission, and has served on the boards of numerous local non-profit organizations including the Allen Memorial Hospital Board of Directors, twice as chairman. His practice concentrates on complex estate planning and probate litigation and sophisticated real estate transactions. Frank also advises clients regarding zoning and land use matters.
