Bernadette brings with her a strong background in civil and commercial litigation. She obtained her law degree cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2005, where she was an Executive Editor of Publication for the Law Review. While attending law school, she clerked for two magistrate-judges at the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and International Studies from Northwestern University.
Immediately upon graduation from law school, Bernadette served as an attorney law clerk to the Honorable Marcia P. Parsons with the United States Bankruptcy Court in Greeneville, Tennessee and Member of the 6th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
Prior to joining the firm, Bernadette practiced at two boutique general litigation law firms in Cleveland, Ohio, where her practice primarily focused on the representation of businesses and business owners.
Bernadette is licensed to practice before the Courts of the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Tax Court.
